How does the AdvisorMed Favorability Index work? open-close
AdvisorMed’s proprietary Favorability Index ranks healthcare providers based on national standardized public data and AdvisorMed consumer ratings. Our completely organic ranking system is continuously incorporating new, unbiased information based on both the good and the bad.
User reviews alone are not always the answer to the complex questions facing patients when choosing their healthcare provider. Combining the information provides consumers a balanced picture and meaningful comparison. Ranking the providers offers a solution to the consumer’s problem. The solution creates incentives for providers to improve their performance. -
How does the AdvisorMed Consumer Ratings work? open-close
Consumers Ratings are a measure of how well our consumers have liked each provider. Overall Consumers Ratings appear at the top of each provider page, and individual ratings are shown in each review. The overall consumers rating is a summary score based on quality and quantity of individual ratings.

If you want to change your AdvisorMed password, click the link below and we'll take you to the right page. We'll ask you to sign in if you haven't already. Once you sign in, we'll direct you to the right page in your Member Profile. From there:

How do I edit or remove my review? open-close
Currently, you cannot edit a review once it is submitted. If you'd like to make a change to your review or remove your review, please contact us.

How can I register? open-close
Becoming a member is easy. Simply go to our Home Page and click the Register Now link found at the top-right of the page. You will then be asked to create a AdvisorMed account.
There are two ways to create an account:
- If you have a Facebook account, you can quickly create a AdvisorMed account using your Facebook login details. This is the easiest way to join. To join via Facebook, click the Facebook Connect button. If you are not already logged into Facebook, we'll ask you to log in during the registration process.
- If you do not have a Facebook account, no problem. You can create a AdvisorMed account by giving us your email and choosing a password. We'll also ask you to pick a screen name and tell us what city or town you live in.
